Steamed chickpea savoury cake, Khaman Dhokla
Here's the recipe to remind myself. 2 cups of chickpea flour, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of warm water, 1 tsp of salt, 3 tsp of sugar, pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of ginger paste. Mix well. Just b4 putting in the steamer add 1 lemon of juice and 1 tsp of baking soda. Allow some space for it to rise double in size. Steam for 10 min.
